The only negative thing about this book is that it is the end of the series. A great wrapup to a great series. Anna and Charlotte are behind enemy lines in the U.S. and being pursued with their lives on the line. To survive and cross back into Canada they have to endure the oncoming winter, escape pursuit and hope they can find some good people to help them along the way.
